I believe that you already have everything you need within you—you just may have lost touch with it along the way.

I combine Internal Family Systems (IFS), Parts Work, Psychodynamic Therapy and Somatic tools to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel overwhelmed, stuck, or shut down.

We all carry different “parts” within us—like the inner critic, the people-pleaser, the anxious overthinker, or the part that just wants to disappear. These parts formed for a reason: to help you survive. But over time, they can start to feel heavy, confusing, or even in conflict with each other.
In therapy, we slow down enough to really listen to those parts.
And we begin to heal not by pushing those parts away—but by welcoming them with compassion and helping them feel safe enough to soften.
Alongside this inner work, I integrate somatic tools—because healing isn’t just a mind thing, it’s a body thing too. Together, we’ll gently explore what your body is holding: tension, patterns, emotional residue—and work toward creating safety not just in your thoughts, but regulation in your nervous system.
You just need a willingness to show up—and I’ll meet you there, with care, patience, and presence.
